Every State has its own set of pros and cons. Florida is no different. The pros in Florida, in my opinion, outweigh the cons. As a local, I will share some of my favorite pros.
There is no State Income Tax.
The winters are mild, with temperatures averaging 65 degrees to 77 degrees.
A Great job market, according to Kiplinger, Florida is the third best state to land a job.
Access to the beach- Florida is located in between two beautiful bodies of water, The Gulf of Mexico, and the Atlantic Ocean.
The lively sports culture with teams such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, The Tampa Bay Lightning, and the TB Rays
A plethora of theme Parks such as Lego Land, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Disney, Universal Studios
Stunning Florida and fauna since half of Florida’s land is covered by forests.
These are just a few of my personal pros but trust me, I have many more.
