Company History
At Golf and Sea Realty, we believe that when it comes to finding a home what’s outside the front door is just as important as what’s behind it.
Golf & Sea Realty first entered business in 2007, with offices in Apollo Beach Florida. Steve Van Loan, was Broker, President and Director. In 2010, Golf & Sea Realty merged with Keller Williams South Shore, 109 Harbor Village Lane, Apollo Beach,FL 33572.
In 2021 Keller Williams South Shore was acquired by another company and Golf &Sea Realty again became active in its own right. Today Golf & Sea Realty successfully serves Apollo Beach, Riverview, Ruskin, Sun City Center, and Wimauma.
Agent Michelle Olive Reed, Broker, has recently joined Golf & Sea Realty bringing tothe real estate company years of successful business experience and expertise in realestate transactions.
