• Provide you with statistics on recent home sales and currently listed properties to help you assess the value of any home that interests you.
• Prepare and present your offer to purchase and act as a mediator between you and the Seller.
• Follow through and keep you up to date with the progress of your transaction through closing.
• Follow up and keep in touch after the closing.
