About Steve

Steve Van Loan first obtained his real estate license and commenced his real estate career in Florida in 1984 as co-owner and president of Corporate Investment Business Brokers on Cypress Boulevard in Tampa. The company handled chiefly the sale and purchase of businesses throughout the state of Florida. He obtained his brokers' license in 1985 and his license has remained active since that time.

Steven first invested in Florida real estate in 1978 and thereafter became an active participant in an investment group purchasing property in Florida. His real estate holdings have successfully continued to this date. In 1997, he moved his main residence to Florida and continues to believe in Florida Real Estate as a sound and worthwhile investment.

In 2007, while many were fleeing real estate due to the turn in the real estate market, he put his confidence in Florida and, with his wife Sharon, opened Golf and Sea Realty. The business has continued to survive in a challenging market where it is believed that the wide investor and the future Florida resident know this is the time to buy in a buyer's market. He cautions that those who wait too long might miss the best possible opportunity, for it is difficult to predict precisely when a market will change.
